If you're like me, you feel like you have a million things on your plate at any given time. The problem with that is you can be really really busy and still not be very productive. Here is a quick tip. When you write down that list of things that you want to focus on getting done in the next day or the next week, don't write down all of the activities (to-do's). If you do that, you'll be focusing your energy on the wrong things. Write down the outcomes you want to reach (to-accomplish). If the outcomes are too big to accomplish in one to three days, chunk them down so you can see measurable progress every day.
